Saw the Shins last night (12 March) at DAR Constitution Hall.  Whoa!  These guys seem to me to be in an entirely separate category from any other popular music.  When I hear them, it's like BAM! and I stop whatever I had been doing to listen.  I'm delighted to say that in concert, they deliver.
